Our Deaf Awareness Training gives people the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to communicate inclusively with Deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Led by Deaf professionals and experienced trainers, the session covers real-life scenarios, communication tips and a deeper understanding of Deaf culture.

  • How to communicate clearly and respectfully

  • What barriers Deaf people face in everyday life

  • How to create Deaf-friendly environments

  • Basic BSL signs and fingerspelling

  • Best practice for customer service, workplaces and public settings
